passionate about supporting you.

Coming to therapy whether for the first time or the time after that can be a daunting step… and this is completely understandable as you’re sharing some very personal stuff! So it’s very reasonable that you’d want to know a bit more about me.

I like to work with my clients with care and compassion by providing a safe space to promote healing and growth. Each one of us is unique - with our own story, and differ in ways that we think, feel, behave, and process information; what works for one person may not work for another. Using a person-centred approach I use a blend of therapeutic strategies (Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy).

Having worked in organisations with a primary focus on emotional wellbeing and health since 2006 in various positions, as well as corporate and educational settings, I have a passion for supporting the mental wellbeing of people from different walks of life.

I have supported my clients with issues related to:

  • Anxiety and Depression

  • Neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, HSP, Learning disabilities)

  • Cultural identity and family dynamics

  • Self-esteem and confidence

  • Study or work-related stress

  • Life transitions

  • Grief and loss

  • Trauma

  • Relationships and attachment issues

  • Alcohol and other addictions

  • Perinatal mental health

  • Chronic health and pain

Working through these issues in a holistic way, and supporting them to identify roadblocks and their inner-strengths has helped them to live a more thriving life.

Developing more clarity and insight helps us to gain a better understanding of ourselves so that we can be more at peace within as well as in our relationship with others.

Let’s connect - Counselling sessions are available online/telehealth or in person at West Ryde or Gladesville, Sydney.
